West Ham are ‘interested’ in Taylor Harwood-Bellis, who spent this season on loan at Burnley in the Championship from Manchester City, according to a report by Football Insider. The centre-back was a hit with the Clarets and helped them win the title under Vincent Kompany.

Harwood-Bellis, who is 21-years-old, has been on the books at the Etihad Stadium for his whole career to date and has made eight first-team appearances under Pep Guardiola since rising up through the academy ranks. He has also had loan spells away from the Premier League table toppers at Blackburn Rovers, Anderlecht and Stoke City in the past to gain experience and boost his development.

Midfielder on radar

West Ham are reportedly keen on Bournemouth midfielder Jefferson Lerma along with London rivals Crystal Palace, as per talkSPORT. The Colombia international is out of contract at the end of this campaign and is due to become a free agent as things stand with him yet to put pen-to-paper on an extension.

He moved to England back in 2018 from Spanish side Levante and has since become a key player for the Dorset outfit. The 28-year-old has since played 182 matches in all competitions and has helped them stay up this term under Gary O’Neil. He also helped them gain promotion from the second tier last year.
