Sam Fender appears to be teasing a potential show at the home of West Ham United with a cryptic post zooming on the London Stadium.
The 30-year-old is gearing to release his third studio album in February 2025, which will come more than three years after his critically acclaimed sophomore effort Seventeen Going Under. Fender is already set to head out on a UK arena show later this year, which includes two sold-out nights at The 02 Arena.

It comes after Fender had confirmed a 'big announcement tomorrow' on Thursday morning. In that clip, his saxophone player Johnny 'Bluehat' Davis could be seen playing his instrument in the Newcastle United press conference room.
It didn't take long for fans to guess that Fender could be planning more shows at the home of his beloved Magpies, having sold out the stadium across two memorable nights in 2023. However, it now appears more than one Premier League stadium could be visited by Fender.
The die-hard Newcastle United supporter would have to step foot onto enemy turf to play at West Ham. The London Stadium has been home to the Hammers since 2016 and is, of course, famous for hosting the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The ground regularly holds 62,500 people for West Ham matches but can have its capacity extended up to 80,000 for concerts. Should Fender announce a gig at the stadium, it would be his biggest headline show to date, eclipsing the 52,000 people he played to each night at St James' Park by some distance.
Iron Maiden are already booked to play a show at The London Stadium on June 25, 2025 after the venue hosted the Foo Fighters in June this year. The Weeknd also played at the stadium in 2023 with AC/DC, Beyonce & Jay-Z, Muse and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers all also performing at the ground in recent years.
