Watford are being linked with a summer swoop for Roma right-back Bryan Reynolds. The USA international is facing an uncertain future with his current club in Serie A and it remains to be seen whether he will be staying with them beyond the next transfer window.

The Hornets are currently eyeing a late push for the play-offs under Chris Wilder. They are in action over the Easter weekend against Huddersfield Town at home and Coventry City away.

According to a report by Italian news outlet CalcioMercato, Watford are interested in luring Reynolds to England at the end of this season. Fellow Championship clubs Hull City and Swansea City have also been mentioned as potential suitors.

He could be seen by the Hertfordshire outfit as someone to add more competition and depth to their squad ahead of the next campaign. The 21-year-old also has the potential to grow and develop in the future if he was to make the switch to Vicarage Road.

Roma snapped him up from FC Dallas back in 2020 on an initial loan deal that was made permanent shortly after. He has since played eight times for their first-team and has also had loan spells at Kortrijk and Westerlo in Belgium to gain experience.
