Millwall boss Gary Rowett has been linked with the West Brom job over the past 48 hours or so. However, as per reporter Simon Stone, he is not on the Baggies’ radar. The Lions boss also addressed the speculation and told London News Online:

“As far as I’m concerned I’m here. I’m here, concentrating on try to win games of football. As a manager you just have to focus on the things that are important, other things outside of that, with people speculating, 99 times out of 100 it is absolutely rubbish.

“That is it. If I speculated on every job or gave a direct answer on every job then that’s all I’d be talking about all week. My concentration isn’t going to change any time soon on the job in hand, which is trying to get this club in the top six.”

Elsewhere, former Millwall player and manager Steve Claridge has been sacked by Salisbury. He spent seven years in charge of the non-league outfit.

QPR have brought in midfielder Eljiah Dixon-Bonner on a free transfer following his exit from Liverpool at the end of last term. He has been on trial with the London club and has done enough to land a deal.

The R’s are in talks with Chris Willock over a contract extension and are hopeful that he will put pen-to-paper, as per West London Sport. His current arrangement expires at the end of this season but they hold an option to extend his stay by a further 12 months.

Goalkeepering pair Joe Walsh and Matteo Salamon have extended their loan deals at Hampton & Richmond Borough in the National League North. The duo will now return to their parent club in December.

QPR have also allowed Ody Alfa and Faysal Bettache to join Aldershot Town. They have both signed for the Shots for a couple of months.

Goalkeeper Adam Parkes, who was released by Watford in late June, was snapped up by Plymouth Argyle earlier this month. He is now on the move again and has linked up with Plymouth Parkway on a temporary loan until January.

The Hornets will be without defensive trio Christian Kabasele, Francisco Sierralta and Kortney Hause for their game against Norwich, as per the Watford Observer. The trio are all injured and boss Slaven Bilic has some thinking to do.
