Recently sacked Watford boss Rob Edwards is reportedly in the frame for the West Brom and Middlesbrough vacancies. The 39-year-old is weighing up his next move in the game following his departure from Vicarage Road.
He left Forest Green Rovers over the summer for the Hornets job after winning the League Two title but lasted just 11 games. According to a report by the Daily Mail, he is now on the Baggies’ radar along with Chris Wilder and Carlos Corberan following Steve Bruce’s sacking earlier this week.

However, he faces competition to land that post from Michael Carrick, whilst Scott Parker, Sean Dyche and Hannes Wolf have also been mentioned as potential candidates.
Watford spell
Watford were relegated from the Premier League last term and saw Edwards as the man to guide them back up at the first time of asking. They are not renowned for giving their managers time though and gave him the chop after picking up just three league wins.
Slaven Bilic came in to replace him but has now lost back-to-back matches. The Hornets find themselves in 12th position and are four points off the play-offs.
Edwards is a bright young coach and will be eager to put his previous spell with Watford behind him as he looks for a new challenge. He is being eyed by both West Brom and Middlesbrough and they both have big decisions to make.
