Perisic will provide much needed Champions League experience for the club. The Croatian was part of the 2020 Bayern Munich that won the European trophy.

Bastoni latest

Spurs’ move for Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni is in jeopardy after the player has revealed he has no interest in leaving the Italian giants.

Conte has already coached Bastoni during his time at Inter and the defender has carried on his fine form since the arrival of new head coach Simone Inzaghi.

The Tottenham coach still believes the deal is not over and will endeavour to get the transfer over the line.

£50m for Bremer?

Torino centre-back Gleison Bremer is a priority signing for Conte.

According to the Italian outlet Calciomercato, Spurs are willing to pay the Italian side £50m to secure the services of the Brazilian defender.

Inter Milan seem to be leading the chase for Bremer, but the Italian club have only tabled a bid worth around 20m euros.

Spurs are yet to make an official approach for the player, but the defence is an area Conte is adamant the club must improve.
