He is now in ‘talks’ with his former club over a return there, as per 90min.

Israeli attacker on radar

Spurs are being linked with Maccabi Tel-Aviv attacker Oscar Gloukh.

The 18-year-old is playing senior football already and is an U21 international for Israel as well.

Eric Dier wants to force his way back into the England set-up.

The 28-year-old has been left out by Gareth Southgate over recent times and is aiming to represent the Three Lions once again in the near future.

He has been on the books at Spurs since 2014 and has made 319 appearances in all competitions to date.

The former Sporting Lisbon man has said, as per The Athletic: “I think the most important thing is to focus on my performances for Tottenham Hotspur, and I think you focus on that then everything else should happen naturally. I need to play as best I can for Tottenham.

“Take everything from last season, take that and kick on even further from that and try and give myself the best possible chance - obviously that’s a clear objective of mine.

“I would never shy away from that. I want to be there so it’s just up to me to play the best I can.”
