There was late drama at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as Spurs and Manchester United both bagged injury time goals in the 2-2 draw on Saturday lunchtime.
It looked as if Thomas Frank’s side would continue their poor home form in the Premier League with an uninspired first half against the Red Devils. The in-form Bryan Mbeumo had the ball in the back of the net after 32 minutes.
Frank turned to Wilson Odobert, Destiny Udogie and Mathys Tel from the bench with the trio injecting energy into the home side’s performance. Tel rifled home from close range to bring the hosts back into the match before a clever Richarlison header seemed to have secured all three points late on.
Tottenham Hotspur then saw two of those points snatched away with seconds left on the clock, Matthijs de Ligt nodding home from a corner, leaving Spurs players dejected on the pitch at full time.
The result sees the two rivals remain level on points in the Premier League ahead of the international break with Tottenham Hotspur not back at home until the end of the month. Here’s how the players rated.

5. RB - Pedro Porro, 7
Put in one delicious cross in the first half which Richarlison nor Spence could quite reach. One of the Spurs players who did try to make things happen. Applauded as he left the pitch in the second half. | Manchester United via Getty Imag Photo: Manchester United via Getty Imag

6. CM - Pape Matar Sarr, 6
This performance probably wasn't as bad as social media would have you believe. Didn't cover himself in glory when not clearing ahead of Mbeumo's goal but did find himself in some good positions today - lacked the confidence to shoot. | AFP via Getty Images Photo: AFP via Getty Images

7. CM - Joao Palhinha, 6
Hit a good volley on target in the second half. Some neat defensive work but looked tired as the game went on. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

8. LW - Richarlison, 7
Absolute rubbish for 90 minutes. Absolutely brilliant in one second. The deftest of headers was fantastic to win the for Spurs. It's right to ask questions about his performance today, but he'll feel a hero tonight. | Manchester United via Getty Imag Photo: Manchester United via Getty Imag
