Winger move blocked

Spurs have reportedly pulled the plug on Bryan Gil’s potential move to Valencia.

Tottenham are believed to be ‘interested’ in Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier.

That’s according to The Athletic reporter Phil Hay, who speaking on the latest Phil Hay Show, said:

“There is loads of interest in [Illan] Meslier… Tottenham are a side who are particularly interested in Meslier, and obviously at some point, the goalkeeping situation is going to change there.”

Meslier, 22, has been a hit since moving to Elland Road back in 2020 from FC Lorient.

Spurs are still said to be keen on offloading Sergio Reguillon and Harry Winks before the end of the month.

The pair have slipped down the pecking order under Conte over recent times.

As detained in a report by the Evening Standard, the club is still looking to ‘move on’ the pair.
