If reports are to be believed, there are now four of the 'big six' clubs ready to battle it out for Wolves star Pedro Neto. Tottenham Hotspur are the most recent side to admit their admiration for the 24-year-old with Ange Postecoglou's side and Liverpool among the top clubs keen to pick him up this summer.

According to news from Football Insider, that's "almost every club in the big six" keen for the signature of Neto with Spurs joining the Reds, Arsenal, Manchester City and Newcastle.

It is believed that Tottenham Hotspur transfer specialist Fabio Paratici is among those at the North London club who is said to have been 'blown away' by the Portuguese winger who has secured three goals and 11 assists across his 23 games in all competitions this campaign. He has also bagged 14 goals and 24 assists in his 134 appearances for Wolves since joining the club in 2019.

The 24-year-old has previously struggled with a string of injuries but 2023/24 appears to be his break-out season with the Molineux club ready to say their farewells to the winger if the right price is found.

Neto is currently under a long-term contract valid until June 2027, meaning Wolves would be eligible to demand a huge fee. It was previously indicated that the Premier League side would be looking for bids of between £50-60 million for the former Braga and Lazio man and it is currently unknown which of the five reported interested clubs would cough up such a sum.

Wolves will be hopeful of selling some of their star figures in the upcoming summer transfer window with the Financial Fair Play regulations still a big concern for the side with the rise in interest for Neto coming at an ideal time.

After starting his career with Braga, Neto was sent on loan to Lazio which proved unsuccessful on a personal level, but the Serie A side did win the Coppa Italia during his tenure there. He was then bought by Wolves in 2019 and the following year won his first international cap with the senior squad, scoring on debut. An injury ruled him out of the 2022 Fifa World Cup.
