Tottenham are reportedly interested in Sporting Lisbon midfielder Manuel Ugarte. The Uruguay international made the move to Portugal last year from Fénix in his native country and has since been a hit.

According to Portuguese news outlet Record, Antonio Conte’s side are keen on landing him ahead of January. They will be plotting potential additions before the next window opens after the World Cup.

Player remain on radar

Spurs apparently remain in pursuit of Sassuolo starlet Davide Frattesi. The Italian midfielder, who is 23-years-old, has made 10 appearances so far this season and has chipped in with three goals.

As per TEAMtalk, he is ‘still’ being monitored by the London giants at the moment. The Rome-born man has had loan spells away from his current club at Ascoli, Empoli and Monza over recent campaigns to gain experience.

Former Tottenham player Scott Parker is in the hunt for a new club following his sacking by AFC Bournemouth in August. He will be carefully weighing up his next move in the game.

Sky Sports have reported that he is being considered by Championship side Middlesbrough, who are also looking at other names such as Michael Carrick. They are searching for a manager after parting company with Chris Wilder. Parker is also being mentioned high on the list of bookmakers to replace Steve Bruce at West Brom.
