Tottenham Hotspur expected starting XI versus Norwich City - big call on Harry Kane

Spurs will secure a Champions League spot with a positive result at Carrow Road.

Tottenham Hotspur have a number of selection concerns as they look to secure fourth place in the Premier League with a win at already relegated Norwich City.

Conte confirmed the absence of defender Christian Romero in his pre-match press conference as the Argentina centre-back continues to struggle with the hip injury he suffered in the draw at Anfield earlier this month.

He is far from the only absence for Spurs with midfielder Oliver Skipp and defensive trio Matt Doherty, Sergio Reguilon and Japhet Tanganga all missing the season-ending visit to Carrow Road.

However, with a sickness bug still dominating the headlines, it is the possible absence of striker Harry Kane that has almost monopolised the pre-match talk.

Speaking of the English striker, Spurs boss Antonio Conte told the club website, “In the last game (against Burnley), we had Dejan Kulusevski with this problem, he didn’t train with us on the Saturday but, on Sunday, he was good to play. For sure, Harry doesn’t want to miss this type of game. It means a lot for everyone.

“If you remember against Burnley, we had three, four cases of a stomach problem. In this week, we had a couple of cases, but overcame the situation. The availability of the players is the same as the last game against Burnley.”

London World predicts how Spurs could line up as they look to secure their place in next season’s Champions League.
