Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou is adamant he will win Tottenham a trophy in his second season and reminded everyone that, throughout his career, it's in his second season that the magic happens.
When confronted by a journalist after the North London derby defeat to Arsenal earlier in the season, he said: "I'll correct myself - I don't usually win things, I always win things in my second year. Nothing's changed."

So, ahead of the West Ham game next weekend, here are a few things he needs to sort out:
The Defence
Tottenham's Mr. Reliable, Cristian Romero, has been in form this season but needs to get back to his brilliant best. If that means he has to bring in Dragusin to play some games to give him a wake-up call, then so be it. Then there’s the issue of left-back. Since returning from the injury that kept him out at the end of last season, Destiny Udogie hasn’t been at his best. Does that open a window of opportunity for someone like Sergio Reguilón to come in?
Set-Piece Defending
Postecoglou is adamant that his goalkeeper, Vicario, is not at fault for all the set-piece goals they’ve conceded, including another in the derby against Arsenal. But there comes a time when he just cannot keep that going. Spurs will need to toughen up on defending set-pieces if they are to compete for something big.
Timo Werner

He’s found a way to get Brennan Johnson back to scoring goals—he will need to work that same magic on the German to get his season back on track.
