Nottingham Forest star Ola Aina has jokingly demanded that Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min cough up some money to pay for dental treatment needed after the two players clashed on Sunday evening.

The 27-year-old took to social media to document his need for dental work with his tooth appearing misshapen after the Premier League encounter. Aina wrote: "Mr Son of Tottenham Hotspur, where do I send the invoice to when I get this fixed?"

The full-back then added another post on Snapchat and wrote: "Someone shout Mr Son, he must think I'm on the same bread as him."

Smiling and sharing laughing emojis, Aina was clearly seeing the funny side of the situation as he continued to share a snap of himself receiving dental treatment. He even then posted a picture of the South Korean international and said: "This man is wanted!! Last seen in the N17 region @ 20:00 last night. Tell him I just wanna chat kmt [kiss my teeth]."

It is not clear which incident Aina is referring to in the match, which Spurs won 3-1 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The hosts took the lead through a Murillo own goal before Forest pulled back an equaliser thanks to Chris Wood.

Ange Postecoglou's side put the game to bed after half-time with Micky van de Ven and Pedro Porro both finding the back of the net in the 52nd and 58th minute. The result left Nottingham Forest just one place above and level on points with the Premier League relegation zone.

Nigeria international Aina started his career coming through the Chelsea academy but only made a handful of appearances for the club before moving to Torino in 2019 after a loan spell. He signed for Nottingham Forest last summer and has made 17 Premier League appearances this term - including a full 90 minutes against Spurs.
