Tottenham Hotspur have proven to be by far the most impressive Premier League club when it comes to transfer action this month, setting out early to complete their business.
With players on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations and the Asian Cup, Spurs wasted no time in bringing in an experienced forward on loan and a marquee defender on a permanent deal. The club has also been working hard on loan deals for up and coming stars in North London.
