Frank Lampard sent Coventry City warning ahead of Millwall while QPR leave rivals 'gutted'
Frank Lampard takes Coventry City to Millwall this weekend in a tricky second fixture in charge of the side.
QPR and Millwall both picked up a point on their travels last weekend with the R's making the short trip to Watford while the Lions headed down the M4 to Oxford United.

Both Marti Cifuentes and Neil Harris will return to home fixtures this weekend as Norwich City and Coventry City make the trip to London as a busy festive fixture period looms large.
QPR and Millwall both feature in your Tuesday Championship round-up.
Watford ‘gutted’ by QPR result
Watford defender Mattie Pollock has admitted that his side was 'gutted' not to get the better of an inconsistent QPR side at Vicarage Road on Saturday as the two played out a 0-0 draw.
The Hornets passed up the chance to cement their place in the top six and move four points clear of West Brom in fourth place. The point for Marti Cifuentes' men made it three games unbeaten after a worrying run of form before the international break.
Pollock told the Watford Observer: “It's a point in the right direction, but it's not three, and we're gutted. I'm frustrated and disappointed.
“We've been building a positive run of games and it's frustrating we couldn't take that next step because it's something we've talked about as a team. We'll make sure we regroup for the next game and come back harder.”
Coventry City boss Frank Lampard sent warning ahead of Millwall
Incoming Coventry City boss Frank Lampard has been warned that he must get 'instant' results in his new job as he prepares for the trip to The Den this weekend.
The Chelsea legend was appointed by the Championship club last week and picked up a point in a 2-2 draw against Cardiff City in his first match in charge at the weekend. The Sky Blues sit 16th in the league with just four wins from their opening 18 outings.
Next up is the visit to Millwall, where Neil Harris' side have not lost a game since September and hold an impressive defensive record having managed shutouts against Burnley and Leeds United before the recent international break.
Sky Sports EFL expert Don Goodman has given his advice to Lampard ahead of the weekend and told Gambling Zone: “Frank Lampard has had experience managing in the Championship with Derby County but at Coventry City, he is up against it from the off. They're going to have to get results instantly, so it doesn't matter whether he's Frank Lampard or someone nobody has heard of. The situation remains the same given the popularity of Mark Robins.

“Frank's had it tough in management, particularly at Everton. He'll be desperate to prove that he's capable of managing another big club like Coventry. I just hope the fans are patient with him, give him time and accept that he will give everything to get Coventry City to the Premier League.
“Coventry have a squad that should be challenging for a play-off spot and the league is quite congested at the moment. The next 15 games will be decisive for Coventry City and Lampard. That's when we’ll have a better idea what they could potentially achieve this season.
“It's a great job at a great club with a great fan base and a squad of players really capable of operating in the upper echelons of the Championship. The hierarchy will be desperate they get off to a good start, as in my opinion, there will be more scrutiny and pressure on them as opposed to Lampard, given the decision they’ve made!
