The infamously addictive game returned on November 8th with it’s 2022 edition, taking an even deeper dive into the world of football management, adding a shiny new data hub and an improved match engine to its already extensive take on life in the dugout.
For a bit of fun, we've fired up the newly released productivity-devastator, and sent the game three years into the future to see how West Ham line up on the first day of the 2024/25 season.
Take a look at how the game predicts the Hammers’ matchday squad will look as they prepare for a season opener against Burnley:

9. AMC: Ryan Christie
This one has the feeling of a deal that could genuinely happen at some point. Christie paid his dues in the Championship with Bournemouth before signing for the Hammers in 2023. (Photo by Bryn Lennon/Getty Images) Photo: Bryn Lennon

10. AML: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

11. STC: Rafael Leao
Leading the line is Rafael Leao, the promising Portuguese forward who currently plies his trade for AC Milan. Now 25, he got off to a flying start in East London by bagging n his debut. (Photo by Marco Luzzani/Getty Images) Photo: Marco Luzzani

12. Sub 1: Sergio Asenjo
