As a result, Jasper left Fulham as somewhat of an unknown for supporters with the majority of his time spent with the under-18 and under-21 sides. He did also embark on loan spells at Colchester United, Hibs and Bristol Rovers.
Football Insider now reports that Jasper could make a return to the EFL with Championship side Blackburn Rovers and League One outfit Bolton Wanderers both having 'made moves' to recruit the player. Eredivisie side NAC Breda are also 'monitoring' the player.
Jasper did feature heavily for Portimonense last season, making 30 appearances as the side were relegated to Liga Portugal 2. He registered two goals and two assists in those outings.

“I’ve been here since I was in the Under-12s, so this will now be my seventh year at Fulham, and I’ve enjoyed every single moment of it. It definitely feels like my home. I know everyone around the Training Ground and they know me. It’s a very welcoming place and I enjoy coming into work every day.
“It was a brilliant season for me, playing through three age groups. I did a lot of learning last season with a lot of new experiences, and hopefully that will help me continue to progress.”
