Leeds United showed incredible mentality to hold on and secure a point against Aston Villa in the Premier League despite being a man down in the second half.

Manager Jesse Marsch watching from the press box due to suspension saw new signing Luis Sinisterra sent off early in the second half against Steven Gerrard’s side.

Leeds have had a decent start to the season and are still unbeaten at home in the Premier League - and are also 12th in the table, four places above Crystal Palace in 17th.

Patrick Vieira’s side will see the game against Leeds United as a must win having already lost two games at Selhurst and three in total so far this season.

They have six points from their first seven games of the campaign and will still be licking their wounds from the 2-1 defeat to Chelsea over the weekend.

They will however be boosted by the fact Leeds have four players out of the game due to injuries and suspension.

Vieira is desperate to win and knows that anything but three points will see the pressure turned on him despite his strong first season in south London.

So with the game perfectly poised, here are the four players that won’t be part of the game.

Luis Sinisterra

The Colombian was sent off after receiving two yellow cards and will now miss the game against Palace.

His manager blamed naivety and the fact that they are a young team on his sending off but deep down he would have been satisfied with the fact that they got a point.

Adam Forshaw

The English midfielder twisted his ankle and even though his recovery is going as planned, the game against Crystal Palace will come too soon for him.

Archie Gray

The promising defender has seen the start to the season halted by a bizarre foot injury which has seen him sent to see a specialist.

He first suffered a knee injury that saw him stretchered off and on his way back suffered the foot injury, so is not going to make it for the game with Crystal Palace.

Stuart Dallas

The Irish international has had to deal with thigh problems and will be assessed before the Palace game, but given he is now just coming back from injury there will be no need to rush him back.
