It has been a quiet deadline day so far for Crystal Palace.
The Eagles have brought in four new faces this summer, bringing in the likes of Sam Johnstone, Malcolm Eboiwei, Cheick Doucoure and Chris Richards.

Crystal Palace have reportedly put in a new bid for Peterborough United centre-back Ronnie Edwards.
The London club apparently saw their first offer for the youngster rebuffed and have now put in a second approach of around £7.5million to further test the Posh’s resolve, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Waiting game
Patrick Viera’s side now face a waiting game to see whether their latest bid is accepted.

Hide AdEdwards, who is 19-years-old, has gone about his business as normal for Peterborough so far this season under Grant McCann as they look to gain an immediate promotion back to the Championship.
Their key defender signed from them back in 2020 from non-league side Barnet and has since adapted to the step up to the Football League with ease.
Crystal Palace will be hoping he can do the same in the top flight if they are able to lure him to Selhurst Park this evening.
Edwards is someone who would be a decent long-term addition as he is being tipped for a bright future in the game.
He has represented England at U19s level and helped the Three Lions win the European Under-19 Championship back in June.
