Crystal Palace captain Luka Milivojević says he and his teammates are very calm and have every chance of turning the south London side into a top six team.

At Selhurst this season only Chelsea and Arsenal have beaten the Eagles.

And even though Fulham are ninth on the Premier League table due to their strong start, it’s Vieira’s side who are going into this one as favourites.

Since Vieira took over from Roy Hodsgon, Palace have become expansive and it looks like the young players like Michael Olise, Eberechi Eze and even talisman Wilfried Zaha all enjoy playing under the former Arsenal midfielder.

Asked what the target is like under Vieira this season, Milivojević said they are calm and there is the belief a top six finish is more than possible.

He told talkSPORT: “We have to be calm and improve a lot and improve season by season and if we do that we will be there.

“Maybe this season we will be there.”

Palace without key defender but World Cup stars back

Palace will be without their star defender Marc Guehi who picked up his fifth yellow card of the season against Nottingham Forest.

So Vieira will have to make changes at the back.

However, he should have almost a full squad with Jordan Ayew who played for Ghana at the World Cup and Joachim Andersen for Denmark back having failed to progress to the knockout stage of the competition.

Palace will break into the top 10 of the Premier League table if they can get all three points at Selhurst.
