Chelsea and Tottenham head into their final round of fixtures ahead of the international break on the back of wins.

The Blues saw off Luton Town over the weekend to get their season up and running, while Tottenham made it back-to-back wins with a comfortable win over AFC Bournemouth. Chelsea are now preparing to face Nottingham Forest, but not before a Carabao Cup clash with AFC Wimbledon, while Tottenham face Fulham in the cup before taking on Burnley in the Premier League.

Chalobah interest

Chelsea are said to be likely to receive a fresh approach for Trevoh Chalobah, with Bayern Munich looking to prepare for the exit of a senior star.

Fabrizio Romano has tweeted: “Key day for Benjamin Pavard deal… and probably for Trevoh Chalobah potential move to Bayern. Inter asked Bayern for final answer on Pavard deal by Tuesday; while Bayern will keep negotiating with Chelsea for Chalobah after loan proposal rejected.”

Chalobah may struggle to land a starting spot at Stamford Bridge this season.

Lo Celso decision

Tottenham and Ange Postecoglou has reportedly made a decision on Giovani Lo Celso amid reported interest from Barcelona.

Romano tweeted: “Ange Postecoglou, happy with Giovani Lo Celso to stay at Tottenham. Positive feedback on Argentine midfielder who’s likely to continue at Spurs #THFC It’d take an important bid to change club stance on Lo Celso in the final days. “

Lo Celso has spent the majority of the last two seasons on loan with Villarreal, but the Yellow Submarine did not agree an option to purchase. Barcelona have been linked, but they may take a closer look at a deal for Joao Felix, with Lo Celso looking likely to stay put.
