As the January transfer window draws to a close in the Premier League, attentions are already turning to the summer with a number of big deals touted this month looking more likely to happen come the summer.
One factor that plays a big role in negotiations is how long players have left on their contracts at current clubs. The closer those deals get to ending, the more pressure teams have to cash-in on stars or risk them walking away for free - and that can lead to late deals being struck in January.
For clubs under financial pressure, those free agent deals can work brilliantly. LondonWorld looks at 13 Premier League stars who could be available for free this summer for Spurs, Chelsea, Fulham and all London clubs including Brentford, West Ham and Crystal Palace - market value taken from Transfermarkt.
