Early Chelsea team news ahead of Bournemouth as two players who could leave start and Thiago Silva farewell
Chelsea will take on Bournemouth in their final game of the season with players who could leave starting their last game.
Chelsea have won six of their last nine games and have flown up the Premier League table with a sixth-place finish in their hands and a possible fifth still within sight even though they need Tottenham to drop points to get that.

The recent turnaround in performance and points has seen the chances of manager Mauricio Pochettino staying increasing with sources telling LondonWorld that the Argentinian will likely be in charge of the club next season even though he would like to be involved in transfers.
The structure at Chelsea at the moment is that the owners provide the money, the sporting directors then identify the best players for the project and the manager works with the resources provided.
Pochettino has been strengthened by the remarkable growth in his team and a finish in a European spot will underline what a great job he’s done at the club.
Asked ahead of the Bournemouth game if he feels he’s done a good job, he said: "I don’t know. We have been all the season talking but it looks like my words are not important and no one cares. People only care about rumours and things like this. It’s not important, the most important thing is winning games for me. It has been tough with all the circumstances."
On the possible starting XI
On the starting team for what is the last game of the season Thiago Silva will definitely start his last game at Stamford Bridge this evening but Conor Gallagher and Trevoh Chalobah, two players whose future is still up in the air are also likely to start in what could be their last game at Chelsea too.
So having said that, this is the possible starting team Pochettino could name: Petrovic, Chalobah, Gusto, Cucurella, Thiago Silva, Gallagher, Palmer, Ciacedo, Madueke, Nkunku and Jackson.
