Chelsea’s 9 most likely deals during the summer transfer window
It seems likely to be a hectic summer in the transfer market at Stamford Bridge for Chelsea.
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is now fully focused on strengthening his squad with doubts and concern over the club’s future now in the past.
The completion of a takeover by the Todd Boehly-led consortium not only brought an end to Roman Abramovich’s ownership, it also allowed Tuchel to move forwards with his plans in the transfer market this summer.
Outgoings have already started with Antonio Rudiger departing for Real Madrid and Andreas Christensen and Danny Drinkwater leaving the club as their contracts come to an end.
The likes of Marcos Alonso and Kepa Arrizabalaga have also been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge and negotiations over a loan deal to take Romelu Lukaku back to former club Inter Milan are ongoing.
But a whole host of eye-catching names have been linked with a move to Chelsea as Tuchel looks to help the club challenge for the Premier League title once again.
Here, LondonWorld takes a look at the nine players most likely to join the Blues over the summer months.
