Chelsea have a whole host of players out of action at the moment. Armando Broja, Christian Pulisic and Wesley Fofana all have knee injuries, whilst N’Golo Kante, Denis Zakaria and Ben Chilwell have thigh injuries.

Goalkeeper Edouard Mendy remains sidelined along with Mateo Kovacic, whilst Joao Felix will serve the last game of his suspension. Reece James, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Raheem Sterling are doubts to starts but will be assessed ahead over a potential inclusion in the squad and new boy Fernandez is in line to make his debut.

In terms of Fulham, their only long-term absentee is Neeskens Kebano, who suffered a ruptured Achilles last year. They have no other fresh worries which is a boost.

They delved into the transfer window to sign midfielder Sasa Lukic from Torino and right-back Cedric from Arsenal on deadline day. Both are available to play.
