Chelsea fans will be hoping they get to see their record breaking transfer star Enzo Fernandez when they take on Fulham in the Premier League on Friday night.

The Blues went above and beyond to secure the signature of the World Cup winning midfielder and there is a feeling that he will come off the bench against Fulham in the league.

Since signing on transfer deadline day, Enzo Fernandez has been training with the Chelsea team at Cobham and LondonWorld understands that the technical team is thinking of giving him his debut against Fulham straight away.

The arrival of Fernandez casts doubts on the long-term contribution of N’Golo Kante, who has not kicked a ball since injuring his hamstring against Tottenham in the Premier League last year.

When fit, Kante is one of the best players in the world, but his time on the pitch has increasingly decreased recently due to injuries. Many think it looks a wise decision for Chelsea to go for a younger version who can help the team now and in the future.

Chelsea sold Jorginho to rivals Arsenal as they looked to seal the Enzo deal late on transfer on deadline day, but prospects are exciting for Blues fans who have also seen ambition shown by the new manager with the signing of Mykhailo Mudryk.

Arsenal thought they had signed the Ukrainian wide man, only for Chelsea to show up and wrap up the deal and bring him to Stamford Bridge.

With Chelsea 10th on the Premier League table, it will be interesting to see how easily all these young but talented players settle and if they can drag the team back to Champions League.
