Disasi latest

Chelsea and Tottenham have reportedly agreed upon a loan deal for defender Axel Disasi. Though, a deal is not straightforward due to the player seemingly having his heart set on a deal the Blues are not willing to do.

Fabriizo Romano has tweeted: “Tottenham have agreed loan deal with Chelsea for Axel Disasi, no buy option clause and loan fee included. Axel Disasi, not accepting Spurs bid… as he already agreed terms with Aston Villa. Chelsea have NO intention to negotiate with Villa as UCL spot competitors.”

O’Reilly interest

In another update, Romano claims Chelsea are interested in signing Manchester City talent Nico O’Reilly in a potential bid to repeat their Cole Palmer success, with the attacker having joined from the Citizens.

Romano tweeted: “EXCLUSIVE: Chelsea keep working on new midfielder with enquiry made to Man City for 2005 born midfielder Nico O’Reilly. City don’t want to lose future control on the player — not an easy deal. Follows enquiry made for Mathis Amougou reported last week, still on list.”

Boniface offer

Bayer Leverkusen have reportedly offered Tottenham the chance to sign striker Victor Boniface. According to The Boot Room, Boniface has been offered to a number of Premier League teams after his move to Saudi Arabia fell through.

It’s no secret Tottenham need an attacker after losing Dominic Solanke, Timo Werner and others to injury. The issue is that Boniface was set to move for more than £50million, a fee Spurs are unlikely to pay. It remains to be seen whether Leverkusen will consider a loan deal in the back end of the window.
