Chelsea have earned back-to-back wins for the first time this season after they thrashed AC Milan 3-0 in the Champions League.

Goals from Wesley Fofana, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Reece James confirmed the three points for the Blues as they moved up to second in Group E.

The victory comes after Graham Potter claimed a narrow victory over Crystal Palace in his first Premier League match in charge.
