Chelsea transfer news: Blues remain ‘keen’ on England international, West Ham ‘eye’ Champions League starlet

Chelsea have earned back-to-back wins for the first time this season after they thrashed AC Milan 3-0 in the Champions League.

Goals from Wesley Fofana, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Reece James confirmed the three points for the Blues as they moved up to second in Group E.

The victory comes after Graham Potter claimed a narrow victory over Crystal Palace in his first Premier League match in charge.

Chelsea will host Wolves at the weekend, with the Midlands club facing their first match since sacking Bruno Lage.
