Chelsea transfer news: Blues join Wolves in race for South American prospect, attacking duo linked with Italy switch

Chelsea are back in action tomorrow afternoon as they take the short trip to Selhurst Park for their Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.

Graham Potter has only been in charge of the Blues for one match since joining the club three weeks ago, with tomorrow’s game his first in the Premier League.

Chelsea will then compete in their third match in the Champions League as they face AC Milan midweek as they look to move away from the bottom of the group.
