Chelsea 'inform' Premier League rivals they will sell another attacker amid Noni Madueke 'here we go'
Chelsea are now said to be considering the sale of another forward.
Chelsea could now be set to dispose of another key forward as they prepare to say goodbye to Noni Madueke. The Blues have made the surprise move to sell Madueke just months after he played a vital role in Enzo Maresca’s men reaching the top four and the Champions League.

Maresca has taken a ruthless approach throughout his time at Chelsea, and he has heavily hinted that Madueke doesn’t want to be at the club, explaining that players who don’t want to stay are “free to leave”.
But given Chelsea’s big spending, it’s hard to argue against the notion that the club are doing away with another talent to aid their big spending, with Arsenal paying a reported £50million plus add-ons to sign the England winger. Fabrizio Romano posted on X: “EXCLUSIVE: Noni Madueke to Arsenal, here we go! Fee agreed in excess of £50m with add-ons included, green light from Chelsea. Madueke already agreed five year deal at Arsenal days ago and he’s now set to complete the move. The winger leaves #CFC to join #AFC.”
After agreeing to sell Madueke, it’s now being reported that Chelsea could sell Nicolas Jackson just two years into their relationship with the frontman. Jackson scored 13 times last season, and it’s no secret he is still developing and adapting to the Premier League, only 24 years of age.
He started last season in electric form, but like Cole Palmer, had a dry spell in the second half of the year, and ended the season with a silly red card and another red card in the FIFA Club World Cup.
According to Romano, Chelsea could now sell Jackson, and even to a Premier League rival after already selling Madueke to a direct rival. He posted on X: “Nicolas Jackson has chances to leave Chelsea this summer. After Noni Madueke to Arsenal, he could be the next one to try new chapter elsewhere. AC Milan asked for Jackson but Chelsea asking price is still too high. Premier League clubs are also keen and informed.”
Jackson’s situation
Asked about Jackson’s recent red card and whether it would impact the striker’s future, Jackson said: “No, the red card has nothing to do with Nico’s future. He had the first one against Newcastle when Liam was not even here and another one (against Flamengo). I’m not sure that it’s 100 per cent a red card but the referee decided for that, and Nico knows very well that in both situations (it) was not something good for the team.”
Chelsea spent just under £32million to sign Jackson from Villarreal, but they are said to want more than £50million to sell him this summer. The desire for such a profit is understandable, but it is a little confusing that Chelsea have just strengthened their front line by adding Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, and they are now considering selling one of their strikers, not to mention Jackson is a much more experienced and proven player in the Premier League and Europe than Delap.
