Chelsea

Chelsea are reportedly in ‘talks’ with Dynamo Moscow prospect Arsen Zakharyan. The 19-year-old is being tipped for a bright future in the game and reporter Fabrizio Romano has said in his column with CaughtOffside: “Talks are ongoing, it’s not something completed yet but he’s one of the talents that Chelsea want to sign for the future. There are discussions ongoing on both the player and club side; Chelsea are the favourites to sign him, but deal is not at final stages yet.”

Arsenal

Arsenal youngster Charlie Patino is being linked with Barcelona, as per a report by CalcioMercato. The attacking midfielder is currently out on loan at Blackpool in the Championship to get some experience under his belt. He left for Bloomfield Road in the last transfer window and has since made 11 appearances in all competitions for the Tangerines.

Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham are said to be keeping tabs on Borussia Monchengladbach defender Joe Scally. The American rose up through the ranks at New York City FC and has become a key first-team player in the Bundesliga now. According to 90min, he is being watched by Antonio Conte’s side.
