It was a tale of two halves for Charlton Athletic as Nathan Jones took charge of his first match at The Valley against Lincoln City on Tuesday night.
The spoils were shared between the League One sides with Addicks supporters fearing another defeat after an apathetic start to the match. It was another defensive error that saw the visitors take the lead and a sensational strike from sub Freddie Ladapo inspired a late Charlton Athletic charge, but no winner could be found.
Jones will take positives from the match with every point vital given the club's situation. Here's how the players rated against Lincoln City.

2. Tennai Watson - 6
Had so much work to do in this formation and put in a shift. Tenacious after the break and worked a good opportunity but lacked the conviction to finish. | Getty Images
3. Terell Thomas - 4
Clearly keen to drive his side forwards but his clearances and passes from the back far too often feel careless, ending up with opposition. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
4. Lloyd Jones - 5
