It was a tale of two halves for Charlton Athletic as Nathan Jones took charge of his first match at The Valley against Lincoln City on Tuesday night.
The spoils were shared between the League One sides with Addicks supporters fearing another defeat after an apathetic start to the match. It was another defensive error that saw the visitors take the lead and a sensational strike from sub Freddie Ladapo inspired a late Charlton Athletic charge, but no winner could be found.
Jones will take positives from the match with every point vital given the club's situation. Here's how the players rated against Lincoln City.

7. George Dobson - 6

8. Tyreeq Bakinson
Mixed bag from Bakinson. Showed some good ideas but sloppy at other moments and dragged a decent first half chance wide from the edge of the box. | Getty Images - 5 Photo: Getty Images
