Christian Eriksen and his family will make up their mind on where next the midfielder plays his football after receiving two lucrative offers.

According to Sky Sports the midfielder has two offers on the table, one from Manchester United with the midfielder quite keen on playing for Erik ten Hag, who gave him a chance to train with his Ajax side when he was recovering from his cardiac arrest.

Then there is Brentford who have been willing to rip apart their wage structure and keep him at the club.

The club in Hounslow have been open with their interest and are willing to wait for the midfielder who created four goals and bagged one goal in the 11 games he played in the second half of last season.

Everyone associated with both clubs and the player is desperate to see where the pendulum swings but all the offers also have their pegs.

Manchester United’s offer has more financial muscle while the Brentford’s allows him to continue living in London where he and his family are said to be very settled and his wife determined to stay.

There had been reports that Tottenham were also interested but given that they have signed Yves Bissouma, that interest has cooled and left the midfielder with just two calls to make.

Christian Eriksen’s contract with the Bees will come to an end this month but he has an agreement with Thomas Frank to be honest and open with him if he ever decides where he would be playing next.

There is a big chance that the Dane will stay at Brentford given the push the club have made and how well the fans have reacted to his arrival.
