Predicted Premier League finishes gallery including Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham and more

All 20 clubs are back in action over the coming days - but where could they lie in the Premier League table at the end of the season?

The wait is all but over as the Premier League finally returns on Boxing Day.

With memories of the World Cup Finals now firmly in the back of our minds, all focus now switches back towards the top flight action as the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham United resume their league campaigns. For the Gunners, that means looking to regain the momentum they had built up during the first half of a unique season as Mikel Arteta’s men look to remain at the top of the table and deliver a first Premier League title since 2003.

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur still have aspirations of a Champions League place and Fulham, Brentford and Crystal Palace will hope to secure a top-half finish after sitting in mid-table ahead of the World Cup-enforced break. West Ham’s main aim is to improve and quickly move away from the relegation zone as they sit just one point and two places about the bottom three ahead of the resumption of action.

But how could the table look when the final whistle is blown on the season at the end of May? We utilise the stats experts at FiveThirtyEight to see how they predict our clubs will fare between now and the end of the campaign.
