All the latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours as Mikel Arteta looks to refine his squad ahead of the deadline.

Arsenal made a fine start to the season to back up plenty of excitement this summer.

The Gunners have enjoyed a busy summer amid a number of impressive signings, and they also put together a fine pre-season.

Mikel Arteta’;s men backed that up with a solid opening day performance, seeing off Crystal Palace, and they will now be looking to put together more momentum, facing Leicester City this weekend.

In the meantime, Arsenal will be scanning the market for more additions, and with that in mind, we have rounded up all the latest transfer news and rumours surrounding the Emirates Stadium.

Mikel Arteta is said to be very keen to sign Villarreal star Yeremy Pino this summer.

El Periodico Mediterraneo are reporting that Arteta has been convinced by Yeremy for some time, and he has asked Arsenal to make the deal happen.

Yeremy has a release clause worth around £60million, and the latest reports claim Arsenal are willing to pay around £40million, with Liverpool also interested.

Villarreal could do with salary space to make new signings, but the winger is one of their crown jewels.

Bellerin latest

Hector Bellerin is said to be pushing to get out of Arsenal this summer.

The full-back spent last season on loan with Real Betis, and he is said to want to return to the Seville-side.

With Betis unlikely to pay a fee to land him, and with Arsenal not valuing Bellerin in their plans this season, it’s reported talks are ongoing over his release.

Marca are saying Bellerin’s agent is negotiating terms with Arsenal in a bid to cancel his contract with the club.

Mari on his way

Arsenal are set to complete a deal to sell defender Pablo Mari.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio. Arsenal are set to pocket around £4.2million from the sale of Mari, who is headed to Serie A new boy Monza.

Mari only has one year remaining on his contract, and he is not part of Arteta’s plans for this season.
