Arsenal are feeling aggrieved by VAR on Wednesday after Bukayo Saka was not awarded a penalty for an apparent trip by Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer in the Champions League first-leg meeting with Bayern Munich on Tuesday.
The Gunners were perhaps lucky not to have been penalised themselves earlier in the game when Gabriel appeared to handball a goal kick in the second half. Either way, it was the refereeing decisions that were the talking point come full-time.
It's been a similar story in the Premier League this season with the use and inconsistency of VAR prevalent. Some clubs have even received apologies from referees for errors.
