Toure played for Arsenal from 2002 to 2009 after they signed him as a youngster from ASEC Mimosas. He went on to make 326 appearances for the London club in all competitions and chipped in with 14 goals from the back.

He was on the books of the Gunners when they won the Premier League title under Arsene Wegner in 2004. The former centre-back also won the FA Cup twice and the League Cup once.

Toure left the Emirates Stadium for Manchester City and spent four years at the Etihad Stadium before ending his career with spells at Liverpool and Celtic. He retired five years ago and has since delved into the coaching world under Brendan Rodgers and has worked with him at Celtic and now Leicester.
