Balogun is one of five Arsenal players training separately from the first team as the club attempts to negotiate his departure.
The newly capped USA striker is tipped to be a star for years to come and it appears Arsenal have finally made a breakthrough with his sale.
Reports from the Athletic’s David Ornstein suggest a £38m deal has been agreed by the Gunners and AS Monaco for the sale of the forward.
The French outfit appear to have beaten the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham and West Ham to the young striker's signature.

Club record signing close to Arsenal exit
Arsenal’s club record signing Pepe seems highly likely to leave the Emirates this summer and he appears to be surplus to requirements.
His next destination remains unclear at the moment but The Evening Standard claims that Beskitas is the most likely European destination, while Saudi Arabia could pose an interest if the player decides to leave Europe.
