Although the 25-year old was thought to be high on Mikel Arteta’s summer wish list it looks like Ruiz is favouring a move to either Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid.

Football.London are reporting that Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta and sporting director Edu have identified the player has a potential summer transfer target.
