Arsenal ‘discuss’ shock move for Chelsea star as ‘decision made’ on player out on loan
and live on Freeview channel 276
Arsenal are now in the process of picking themselves back up following a crushing defeat to title rivals Manchester City.
The Gunners have officially lost control of the title, now likely needing to win all of their remaining games while hoping City do not. It’s going to be an uphill battle for Arsenal from this point, but it has still been an impressive season, with Mikel Arteta’s men improving significantly from last season, when they failed to land a top four spot.

Mount interest
Arsenal are reportedly discussing the possibility of signing Chelsea star Mason Mount this summer.
Mount could be made available if he doesn’t sign a new contract at Chelsea this summer. The midfielder will only have a year remaining on his contract from this summer. Liverpool have been linked, but The Telegraph are saying the Gunners have held ‘internal discussions’ about the possibility of signing Mount ahead of next season.
It’s claimed the England international could cost around £70million if Chelsea don’t tie him up to a new deal, and indeed if they decide to sell.

Speaking of £70million or so signings, Nicola Pepe faces an uncertain future, to say the least.
Pepe is currently on loan at OGC Nice, where he has scored eight goals in 28 appearances from out wide. But should he return to Arsenal this summer, he will only have one year remaining on his deal at the Emirates Stadium. As detailed by L’Equipe, Pepe ‘has little chance’ of ever playing for the Gunners again.
It’s also claimed Nice are not likely to make a move to sign the winger permanently, potentially leaving Pepe in limbo. Arsenal will need to find a buyer, but they are only likely to make back a fraction of the £70million they paid for him.
