Away tickets for the Champions League, Europa League and the Conference League will now be sold at a set price in a move that looks set to benefit football fans.

Arsenal are joined by Liverpool, Manchester City and Aston Villa in the Champions League this season. Ticket prices in that tournament will be capped at £50 or €60 per match, as per the Daily Express.

Tottenham Hotspur are joined by Manchester United in the Europa League. Tickets for that competition will cost £33 per match.

"This decision, endorsed by the UEFA Club Competitions Committee, highlights the crucial role that fans play in creating the exciting atmosphere that defines the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League and acknowledges the passionate support that fans provide their teams during crucial away matches. By making away matches more accessible to fans, UEFA aims to preserve this unique aspect of European football culture."
