He has already made his professional debut for the club - he came on as a substitute during a 3-0 win over Brentford in 2022. In doing so, he also became the youngest Premier League player of all time at the age of 15 years and 181 days.

He has also been a prolific goal scorer for England at U17s level. As things stand, he has made 24 appearances for the Three Lions' U17s team, scoring 12 goals in total. An adaptable attacking player, he can play as a central midfielder, a number ten, a right winger and as an out-and-out striker.

It is unclear when Nwaneri will be given an extended run of games in the Gunners' senior squad - however, given his seemingly-limitless potential, it is likely to be merely a matter of time. he has made nine appearances in the Premier League 2 this season, scoring seven goals and notching up a pair of assists.
