Heavy metal legends Mötley Crüe put on a surprise show for just 450 fans at Camden rock venue The Underworld on Friday.
The gig was trailed as a performance by Dögs of War, referencing a new song, recently recorded with Bob Rock
But it was the Hollywood stars who took to the stage ahead of their Wembley Stadium gig tonight with Def Leppard.
Vocalist Vince Neil, bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee and guitarist John 5 performed anthems including Shout At The Devil, Dr Feelgood and Girls Girls Girls, as well as Beastie Boys' Fight For Your Right and snippets of Helter Skelter, Anarchy in the UK and Blitzkrieg Bop.
“This wasn't our first time playing a secret club show and it will definitely not be the last. We love doing this, especially before larger shows. We love when we can play these intimate shows for our fans,” said Mötley Crüe.
