Camden’s The Underworld is set to host a mysterious band by the name of Dögs Of War this week. The unknown act has been promoted by Mötley Crüe and will perform in the northwest spot the evening before the US heavy metal rockers take to Wembley Stadium’s stage.

On Friday (June 23), Mötley Crüe shared a gig poster promoting Dögs Of War’s show at The Underworld Camden this Friday (June 30) on their Twitter page. The cryptic post did not offer fans any further information other than explaining tickets for the gig would go on sale today (June 26).

Mystified fans have since wondered about the meaning behind the post, with some believing Mötley Crüe could even be performing at the venue under the Dögs Of War name. Interestingly the metal group’s use of umlauts in their own name is featured in the announced Underworld headline act’s name.

Coincidentally, Mötley Crüe is also reported to have a track named ‘Dogs Of War’ on their upcoming studio project. Despite this, the band is yet to confirm or deny rumours surrounding the mystery gig at The Underworld this Friday.

The Dögs Of War gig is set to take place the night before Mötley Crüe perform at the iconic Wembley Stadium. The band will headline a show at the venue on Saturday (July 1) alongside Def Leppard.

How to get tickets to Dogs Of War amid Mötley Crüe rumours

Tickets appear to have now sold out for The Underworld. However, those wanting to head to the gig at the 450-capacity venue can still sign up for a waitlist on its website.
