The centre of the city is set to have heavier snowfall indicated by a darker purple on the map while other parts of the city have a lighter hue meaning lighter snow is expected.
The potential snowfall forecast by WXCharts comes as the Met Office has warned the UK could have a colder spell towards the end of March.
The meteorological service’s long range forecast for March 7 to March 16, reads: “How weather patterns evolve during the following week is unclear but there is an increased chance that high pressure will become more dominant for a time from the north.

The long range forecast for the rest of the month adds: “Above average temperatures are more likely than below though some colder spells remain possible during late March.”
