London snow 2023: When will it next snow in the capital? Latest forecast

After the city saw the first few snowflakes at the start of the month, here's when the white stuff could next fall in London this Christmas season.

Londoners were able to see the first few flakes of snow around the capital earlier this month, as parts of the city had light flurries of snow on December 1.

While many are no doubt hoping it won't be the last appearance of snow this side of Christmas, we break down when London could next see snowfall this December.

When will it next snow in London this Christmas season? 

While the Met Office has forecast more colder conditions across the capital this week, the next snowfall isn't expected until next week.

The WX Charts weather map of the UK shows snowflakes could fall in the north of London next Friday (December 22). On the meteorological service's map, snowfall is expected around Luton and the northern outskirts of the city.
