Londoners travelling into the capital this weekend could be faced with disruption due to closures on TfL services.

Transport for London (TfL) has asked Londoners to check before they travel this weekend.

Here is the full list of planned TfL service changes this weekend, December 1 to 3.

Overground

Saturday December 2 and Sunday December 3

No service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction

Rail replacement buses will run every 30 minutes. This is due to Network Rail works.

No service between Sydenham and Crystal Palace

Use local bus routes between Anerley and Crystal Palace. This is due to Network Rail works.

No service between South Tottenham and Barking Riverside

Use Tube services for Walthamstow Central and Barking, local bus routes between South Tottenham and Walthamstow Queen's Road and bus route EL1 between Barking and Barking Riverside.

Rail replacement buses will run every 20 minutes between Walthamstow Central and Barking. This is due to Network Rail works.

Sunday December 3

No service between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside until 1pm

Use Tube services for Walthamstow Central and Barking, local bus routes between South Tottenham and Walthamstow Queen's Road and bus route EL1 between Barking and Barking Riverside.

Rail replacement buses will run every 30 minutes between Gospel Oak and Seven Sisters. This is due to Network Rail works.

No service between Stratford and Richmond/Shepherd's Bush until 1pm

Use Tube or alternative rail services or local or rail replacement buses. Rail replacement buses will run every 15 minutes between Gunnersbury and Camden Road and between Camden Road and Stratford. This is due to Network Rail works.

Elizabeth line

Sunday December 3

Reduced service between West Drayton and Maidenhead, and also at Heathrow T4

Trains will call at Heathrow T4, West Drayton, Langley, Slough, Burnham and Maidenhead every 30 minutes. This is due to HS2 works at Old Oak Common station and Network Rail overhead line equipment improvements.

Trains will not call at Acton Main Line, Hanwell and West Ealing

For West Ealing and Hanwell, use local bus routes. For Acton Main Line, use Tube services at North Acton. This is due to HS2 works at Old Oak Common station and Network Rail overhead line equipment improvements.

DLR

Saturday December 2 and Sunday December 3

No service between Stratford International and Woolwich Arsenal

Use Tube and alternative rail services or local or replacement bus services. Rail replacement buses will run every 10 minutes between Canning Town and North Woolwich, and between Canning Town and London City Airport.

No service between Poplar and Beckton

Use Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run between Canary Wharf and Beckton.

Friday December 1 to Monday December 4

Bus strikes

Strike action affecting bus routes in west London is planned on the following dates on December 1, 4, 22 and 23.

If the strike action goes ahead, little or no service is expected on the affected routes between approximately 5am on strike days and 6am the day after each strike. The following routes will be affected:13, 23, 28/N28, 218, 295, 414, 452.

Friday December 1

Wembley Stadium

England will play Netherlands in a football match at Wembley Stadium from 6.30pm until 10pm. Kick-off is at 7.45pm. Large crowds and delays are expected at the beginning and end of the event.

Friday 1 and Saturday December 2

The O2, North Greenwich

The O2 will be hosting Pete Tong from 6.30pm until 11.30pm each night. Large crowds and delays are expected at the beginning and end of the event.

Friday 1 to Monday December 4

Piccadilly underpass

From the night of Friday 1 until the morning of Monday December 4, the Piccadilly underpass will be closed for tunnel improvement works.

Saturday December 2

Drumsheds, Tottenham Hale

From 12pm until 10.30pm, a concert will take place at Drumsheds. Large crowds and delays are expected at the beginning and end of the event.

Piccadilly area

On Sunday December 3, Piccadilly will be closed to westbound traffic  with resurfacing works taking place around the St James's Street junction and along Piccadilly towards Arlington Street (not including the Arlington Street junction). Piccadilly eastbound will remain open.

The O2, North Greenwich

The O2 will be hosting Morgan Wallen in concert from 6pm until 11pm. Large crowds and delays are expected at the beginning and end of the event.

A10, Gracechurch Street

From 9pm on Sunday 3 until 6am on Monday December 4, A10 Gracechurch Street will be closed in both directions between its junctions with Lombard Street/Fenchurch Street and Cornhill/Leadenhall Street for a crane operation.

Whitehall - Northbound closure

Until Friday December 8, Whitehall will be closed to northbound traffic. Diversion routes will be in place from the Whitehall junctions with Horse Guards Avenue, Whitehall Place and Great Scotland Yard.

Victoria bus station

Until late December, Victoria bus station and Terminus Place will be closed for essential works to help improve pedestrian safety and accessibility.

All bus routes will continue to run, but there will be temporary changes to the stopping arrangements for routes that currently serve Terminus Place and Victoria bus station.

The Terminus Place entrance to the Tube station will be closed. Use the entrance on Victoria Street instead.
