Here is the full list of planned TfL service changes this weekend, July 5 to 7.

Londoners travelling into the capital this weekend could be faced with disruption due to closures on Tube and rail services.

Transport for London (TfL) has asked Londoners to check before they travel.

London Overground

The following closures are due to Network Rail track and maintenance work.

Saturday 6 and Sunday July 7

No service between Hackney Downs and Cheshunt/Enfield Town

Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run between Seven Sisters and Cheshunt/Enfield Town. Tickets will be accepted on Greater Anglia services at Stratford, Tottenham Hale or Cheshunt stations. Trains to/from Cheshunt will not call at London Fields or Cambridge Heath.

Sunday July 7

Chingford services will not call at Bethnal Green

Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes.

No service between Kensington (Olympia) and Clapham Junction

Use alternative Overground services at Clapham Junction or the District line at Kensington (Olympia) or West Brompton, or local bus routes. For Imperial Wharf, use local bus routes. Southern Railway services will not be running.

Monday 8 until Thursday July 11

No westbound service between Camden Road and Stratford after 11.45pm each night

The last two trains from Stratford will start from Camden Road. Use the previous train from Stratford at 11.44pm. After this time, use local bus routes.

No service between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon after 11pm each night

Use local bus routes. Southern Railway rail replacement buses will depart from London Bridge at 11.58pm to Streatham Hill via Crystal Palace, and from London Bridge at 0.35am to East Croydon.

Wednesday 10 and Thursday July 11

No eastbound service from Willesden Junction to Stratford after 11pm each night

Use local bus routes.

London Trams

Saturday 6 and Sunday July 7

No service between East Croydon and New Addington/Beckenham Junction/Elmers End

  • New Addington and George Street
  • Beckenham Junction/Elmers End and George Street
  • Trams will run between the following stops:
  • Wimbledon and Wellesley Road
  • George Street and Wimbledon
  • Replacement buses will run between:
  • East Croydon and New Addington
  • East Croydon and Beckenham Junction/Elmers End

Use local bus routes. Tram replacement buses will run between Wellesley Road and Elmers End/New Addington.

Until late September

A12 Colchester Road

Until late September, there will be directional lane restrictions on the A12 Colchester Road between the junction with the M25 and the junction with Woodstock Avenue. This is due to essential Thames Water works. For more information, visit the National Highways website.

Customers travelling during this time should allow more time to complete their journey, and check before they travel.

Until October 6

A10 Kingsland High Street

Until October 6, there will be a series of lane restrictions, lane closures and temporary lights on the A10 Kingsland High Street at the junction of Sandringham Road. This is to install new pedestrian and cycling crossing facilities across Kingsland High Street.

Queues are expected on the A10 while these works take place. Roads in the surrounding areas are also likely to be busier as people use alternative routes. Allow more time for your journey and check before you travel. 

Thursday July 4

Chiswick Park

From 2pm until 10.30pm, Chiswick Park will host a festival event. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.

Thursday 4 and Friday July 5

O2 Academy Brixton

From 6.30pm until 11pm each day, the O2 Academy will host Arcade Fire in concert. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.

O2 Arena

From 6.30pm until 10.30pm each day, the O2 Arena will host The Killers in concert. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.

Thursday 4 until Sunday July 7

Hyde Park

From 2pm until 11pm each day on Thursday 4, Friday 5 and Sunday July 7, Hyde Park will be hosting the BST Hyde Park festival. Park Lane will be closed in both directions between Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner for 90 minutes each evening to assist crowd movement. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected. 

Hampton Court

From 10am until 6.30pm each day, Hampton Court will host a flower show. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.

Crystal Palace Park

From 12pm until 9pm each day, Crystal Palace Park will host a festival event. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.

Until Sunday July 14

Wimbledon Tennis Championships

From 12pm until 9pm each day, the Wimbledon Tennis Championships will be taking place. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected each day throughout the tournament.

Friday July 5

The Oval

From 6.30pm until 9pm, The Oval will host the T20 cricket match between Sussex and Middlesex. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the match.

Friday 5 until Sunday July 7

Finsbury Park

From 1.30pm until 11.30pm on Friday, and from 11am until 10.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, Finsbury Park will be hosting a music event. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected. 

Saturday July 6

Richmond

From 10am until 12pm, Old Deer Park in Richmond will be hosting a food festival. Large crowds are expected.

Sunday July 7

Hampstead

From 6am until 8pm, Heath Street will be closed for a community event. Large crowds are expected.

Southall

From 10am until 9pm, Southall Park will be hosting a cultural event. Large crowds are expected.

The Oval

From 2.30pm until 6pm, The Oval will be hosting the T20 cricket match between Surrey and Kent. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the match.

Wembley Stadium

From 5.30pm until 11.30pm, Wembley Stadium will host AC/DC in concert. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.

Until late July

Brixton Road

From 9pm until 6am each night until late July, Brixton Road will be closed in phases between Acre Lane and New Camberwell Road due essential road surfacing works.

TfL will be introducing a temporary bus route 759 to help customers complete their journeys during these works, which will run between Oval station and Brixton (Effra Road) via Brixton Road and Camberwell New Road following sections of bus route P5. 

Buses which usually operate on Brixton Road (3, 59, 133, 159, 415, N109 and N133) will be diverted during the works, with no service on Brixton Road between Stockwell Road and Camberwell New Road.
